Where Wine Country Meets Beer City

What's On Tap in Santa Rosa

We are where wine country meets beer city, where world-class wine meets the epicenter of American craft beer.

They say it takes a lot of beer to make good wine, which is fitting, because we are home to some of the best brews and ciders in the country. Sonoma County's thriving craft beer scene has over 25 breweries, and new breweries are opening almost every month.

As always, please drink safely and responsibly with a designated driver.

Breweries, Pubs, & Tours

Russian River Brewing Company | Santa Rosa

Having won just about every beer award you can think of, including having five of their beers on the 100 Best Beers in the World List from RateBeer.com, you really can't go wrong here. RRBC is most well known for Pliny the Younger, the amazing Triple IPA that is released for only two weeks a year. People travel from all over the world just to get a pint of this brew.

third-street-aleworksThird Street Aleworks | Santa Rosa

Third Street Aleworks balances tradition with experimentation. They gravitate towards “Anglo-Celtic” style ales and more aggressive “West Coast” style ales, but also brew some tasty lagers, lager-ale hybrids, and many other beers that don’t neatly fit into any particular category. More than just a brewery, Third Street Aleworks is a also a local hub-a "Pub" in the best sense of the word: a place where everyone from beer aficionados, to blind daters, to busy families with hungry kids can feel comfortable and immediately welcome.

Plow Brewing Company | Santa Rosa

Plow Brewing Company is a rustic brewery where simplicity is king and complex flavors rule. They accomplish this by refusing to use extracts, natural flavorings, finings, style guidelines, or any other corporate contrivance. In addition to a general deviance of letting anyone tell them what to do, they also utilize innovative brewing techniques which results in beer that is not for everyone. As you might imagine, they like it that way.

Cooperage Brewing Company | Santa Rosa

Cooperage Brewing Company, serves fresh hoppy beers (pales and IPAs), Belgian styles, stouts and porters. Their tap room is centrally located in Santa Rosa. They are a dog friendly brewery, which is awesome for bringing along your furry friend.

Belly Left Coast Kitchen + Tap Room | Santa Rosa

By “Left Coast”, we are emphasizing our dedication of focusing the menu, and a majority of our beer & wines, towards the five Pacific states: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, and Hawaii. We utilize seasonal products to continually rotate specials, in addition to enhancing some of our more regular staples. We resource our product from local purveyors, as much as we are able to, and additionally from resources all along the West Coast.

Steel & Hops Public House | Santa Rosa

At Steele & Hops, we House Smoke, House Grind, House Pickle, Hand Cut, and Make From Scratch. Right Here.

Our beer? It's part local part global. We're committed to craft beer from around the corner and around the world, celebrating the best of Santa Rosa's storied brewing scene and honoring a few of our international favorites. Our beer list gives guests an opportunity to order something comfortable or adventurous. We don't constrict ourselves to one region or style.

Stout Brother's Irish Pub | Santa Rosa

Stout Bro's Irish pub is an authentic Irish Restaurant and Pub, offering genuine Irish cuisine and a great variety of Irish, English and American brews. Our warm and inviting atmosphere is perfect for anyone searching for their next favorite hang out.

Brew Coffee & Beer House | Santa Rosa

Brew was born from years of work in coffee. Obsessive attention to detail is what we call craft. It has the power to elevate an experience, change a day, crack a smile. Craft is central to what we’re building at Brew — a welcoming space, beautiful coffees and beers, and delicious things to eat.

Bear Republic Brewing Co. | Healdsburg

A family-owned brewery, located in the heart of Sonoma County, California. Why did we decide to craft beers among the grapevines of California’s world-famous Wine Country? Simple. This is where we are from. Founded by 3rd and 4th generation Sonoma County residents, we are family-owned and team-oriented.

From brewer to bottler, everyone that works (and plays) together at Bear Republic is dedicated to bringing you fresh, never-filtered craft beer. Our first beer, Ricardo’s Red Rocket Ale, is an example of our hop-forward approach without fear of stepping outside the style-guidelines. Each of our beers, from our flagship IPA, Racer 5, to any of our specialty brewpub-only releases, are carefully crafted with pride in Sonoma County, California.

HopMonk Tavern | Sebastopol

We offer almost 80 types of bottled beer. Plus, 16 beers on tap, we even have cask beer. In addition to our house beers like heffeveizen and tavern ale, we’re also pouring drafts from several other Sonoma County breweries including Russian River, Lagunitas, and the thoroughly enjoyed Moonlight Brewing Co. And the draft beers are not restricted to local makers.

In addition to the great beer (and wine, and even some hard cider), the Hopmonk is also serving up an eclectic menu with anything form portabello burgers to fresh house beer-battered fish and chips to curry samosas and sweet potato fries, to a NY steak or slice of chocolate cake the size of Sonoma County!

Sonoma Cider Tap Room | Healdsburg

Ever since we pressed our first pure, organic little beauty and extracted the liquid gold inside, we’ve been laser-focused on one goal: to make the best damn cider there is.

We know that’s a lofty ambition. Which is why we’re stacking the deck in our favor: first, by hand-selecting only the most flavorful organic fruit available, then adding a little imagination. The four ciders in our core lineup each capture a particular apple virtue: the refreshing crispness of The Hatchet; the velvety creaminess of The Pitchfork; the heady richness of The Anvil; and the subtle earthiness of The Washboard. Whichever way you go, it’s a wake-up call for the taste buds.
