Submitting Events for Visit Santa Rosa

Event Guidelines
To qualify, events must:
- Appeal to visitors to Sonoma County
- Include a high-resolution photo (only submit images you own—submission grants Visit Santa Rosa usage rights)
- Be submitted only once, even if occurring on multiple dates (list all dates in one submission)
Events We Do Not Accept
- Ongoing gallery exhibits (opening day events are welcome!)
- Fundraising events, unless non-profit & community-oriented. Otherwise, submit these to the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber’s event calendar.
- Services like instruction, tutoring, coaching, or wellness activities.
- Retail events such as grand openings, sales, or demos (Farmers' markets & craft fairs are welcome!)
Approval & Processing
- All events are subject to approval and may be edited for consistency. Approved events typically go live within 3-5 days. There is no fee to submit.
